Privacy and account deletion

This article explains what personal information League2GO stores, how to stop receiving notifications, and how to delete your account.

What information League2GO stores

League2GO stores the contact information used to run your leagues: your name, email address and cell number, plus anything you add to your profile (photo, positions, notification preferences). This information was entered either by you, or by a league manager who added you to their league.

We never share your contact information with other players. Other players see your name (and photo and jersey number, if set) on rosters and schedules, not your email or phone number. Your contact information is visible only to you and to the managers and captains of your leagues.

Stopping notifications

You don’t need to delete your account to stop being contacted:

  • Disable notifications in your profile. Your notification preferences are under your control. See notifications and reminders.
  • Ask your league manager to remove you from the league. Once you are no longer on a roster or substitute list, the league stops generating notifications for you. See also the player’s guide on leaving a league.

If you were added to a league but never registered, the automated invitations stop by themselves after about a month.

Deleting your account

To delete your account entirely, contact us at info@league2go.com from the email address on your account.

Deletion is permanent: your account and profile are removed and cannot be restored. If you think you might come back to a league later, consider just leaving your leagues instead.
